Rebuild Tooltip to add relative pointer/arrow options in Figma

Several or flexible options where the pointer/arrow of a tooltip are located, not only in the middle of each side. Case: tooltips pointing to an icon at the edge of the screen.

Use of tooltips for undisclosed text of e.g. side nav or lists. Dark gray tooltip?
