Modify Input outlines/underline #378

Due to limitations of Search input field on dark gray 10 navbar, input fields require modification in outline/underline value. Search field is difficult to distinguish from the background.

Currently: outline Gray 8, underline Gray 6

Alternatives

  1. outline remains Gray 8, underline Gray 4
  2. outline Gray 6, underline Gray 4

alternative 2 better serves both components.
