There is a different logic in use of icon only buttons in Figma.
Icon only without outline is part of a larger set with different options (with chevron, text abbreviation).
Icons only (auxiliary) buttons have only one option in style guide but two options for each mode in XD (covered in Side Nav and Nav bar)
There are non-palette colors in XD reported to XDs
[x] Light mode, set 1, active is #2B2A37 non-palette and set 2 is identical, also off-palette = should be Trimble Gray?
[x] Light mode, set 2, hover background is #E7E960 (small and large), should be Gray 0
[x] Light mode, set 2, disabled (only small) is non-palette #2B2A37 instead of Gray 6 like the other sizes
[x] Dark Mode, set 2, hover state- discrepancies between Gray 5 (default size) and Gray 6 (small and large size), active states, discrepancies between Gray 8 (default size) and Gray 9 (small and large size)
