For example, a developer could have created something reusable for his/her project (for example, a generic login page) and that could be shared so that developers/designers/teams from any project inside Trimble can readily use it.
This might sound like what is currently the Tiger teams are doing and the Modus components.
The idea is more like a space for rough contributions, developers need not join the Modus team or Tiger teams, like StackOverflow.
