Rebuild atom/component:

[x] adjust font to 11 px regular default and 12 px regular large
[x] dark mode atoms (white text only) in Web kit
[x] replicate in other kits
[x] remove in Web UI kit the - + version

Solve discrepancy:

[x] confirm reasoning behind all outline active (web and in-field) vs. underline on style guide
[x] token color (blue/gray)
[x] web kit inconsistent read-only fields
[x] remove unused warning state variant value in Mobile

Font

[x] remove semi-boldf from label and helper text, font size 11 and 12 px in Web kit
