Table row and Footer row component on Figma

Pre-built table row and footer row component on Figma:

[ ] building a table row component
[ ] adding a drag handle for entire rows
[ ] bundling Figma properties in "right side" and "left side" to prevent long list of properties

Row indicators:

[ ] highlighting rows in different color (now light-yellow) when making selection on map or model
[ ] different types of table grid (horizontal and grid available, check all possibilities)
[ ] row highlight if a cell within a row is faulty (and other statuses)

Footer row:

[ ] table footer contents if not product specific (buttons, summaries, other...)

@msankaran0712 - I connected Nicolas and Matt to explain what they submitted. These issues were not (yet) in the scope of the tiger team, but in general before MOAB this submission was partly approved. The E&P unit submitted their figma designs but I still did not have the time to take it on in a sprint.
