Hey there,

Added some content to Nginx section of this guide. Also adjusted Table of Content a bit, as Nginx specific config examples are provided, and in my opinion it will look cleaner if it's separated like this instead of posting config examples for both Apache and Nginx in same section. This is of course subject to a change, please let me know if you wish to keep current structure, and I'll work around it.
