Update database from DB0 to DB1 #371

Move the update test in open_database.py to after engine creation.

In new update.py module explore and prototype:

[x] Reflection of old DB0 database to get its schema.
[x] Extract a list of tabs from DB0 and update DB1.
[x] Extract movies from DB0 and update DB1.
[x] Extract movies with tag relationships from DB0
[x] Update DB1.
