Modify the following functions:

[x] _add_movie. Return the Movie object to allow further state changes.
[x] _select_person. Change to searching for an exact name match.

Create the following functions from the API specification:

[x] add_movie
[x] edit_movie
[x] delete_movie
[x] Add an all orphans removal function to be run on closing the program.

Finalize

[x] tables.py: Clear all todos.
[x] tables.py: Review docs.
[x] tables.py: 100% coverage.
