Hi,
Your wildcards in the command line are throwing off something. If you have multiple input fastq files for the left and right parameters, they'd need to be comma-delimited with no spaces. It's best to use the --samples_file parameter in that case too.
hope this helps,

Hello,
I've attached a screenshot of my Trinity script: [image: image] https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/71514998/260552517-381a9b74-8188-41c3-bb30-455bf76cc4a2.png
When running Trinity, I run into an issue at Phase 2: Assembling Clusters of Reads. I've attached a screenshot of this issue: [image: image] https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/71514998/260552374-f5e6614e-7f28-488a-aa24-7c20cf5d2d0f.png
Could you please provide any insights on what may be the issue causing this problem? Thank you very much in advance.
