NativeScript Pusher Beam is not in the npm registry. #48

Hello @triniwiz,

I'm using pusher beam plugin, but the latest one for NS8 is not registered.

I have not published the new beams package also it's only a couple days since publishing the new channels package I'll try to get that out once I get some time
