Add vignette #108

Add vignette based on work flow that corresponds to the staticdoc.

See if knitr with a markdown file can be used to make a vignette.

Here's a bit about tricking cran into an upload of a non sweave file: http://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/R.rsp/vignettes/NonSweaveVignettes.pdf
