reports package integration #117

Once the reports package is uploaded to CRAN integrate it into qdap via:

  1. Add a dependency on the reports package
  2. Adding a reports generated directory inside of new_project
  3. Removing delete and folder from qdap (as it's now in reports) and create @imports in any code such as new_project that uses these functions.
