Rename `raj_act1POS` to `raj.act.1POS` #159

Rename raj_act1POS to raj.act.1POS before next release rename this data set to be more consistent. (though pres debates use underscores. That would require a cleaning I don't think I'm willing to undertake as it make break people's code).
