Depend/import on qdapTools when pushed to CRAN #170

The push has occurred. Now the importFrom needs to be added to all relevant qdap functions, vignette(s) need to be fixed as well.

make sure new_project works after using qdapTools::repo2github.

  1. Check examples in qdap to make sure everything runs correctly.

Dason is thinking TR ought to have unit tests.

2.Also inspect vignettes
