Description

Part of #41.

Changes:

Remove AppModule Environment and getApplicationPort() is only used by HaGatewayProviderModule. AppModule provides no benefit to other modules.
Remove NotifierModule No code / doc is referring to it. Ongoing #244 is also not using it.
Minimize the use of io.dropwizard.core.setup.Environment One small step closer to Airlift.
