Config missing in Iceberg connector documentation #15660

Hi team,

When I looked into Iceberg's expire_snapshot section's documentation, I noticed that the config iceberg.expire_snapshots.min-retention mentioned in that section is missing in the configuration part. Similar happen to iceberg.remove_orphan_files.min-retention
