Removed support for 9.1.x and upgraded Docker OS + PostgreSQL version as well.
This PR will be merged if tests pass on 9.2.x and 9.3.x with no new errors on 9.4.x (this Drupal version isn't passing on master due to problems in Tripal DBX).
If you run into any issues with Tripal on the main branch then please file an issue :-) as we don't have automated testing for everything yet.
