Fixes the Readme grid. This PR cannot be tested as the workflows needed are only run on merge to 9.x-4.x. Just waiting for tests to pass then will merge.
Note:
This PR changes the names of the "MAIN" workflows for smaller, simpler badges to help the grid be readable.
It also updates the todo list for alpha 1 indicating PRs in review
It also fixes the Drupal 10.0.x link in the grid which was broken.
