Terms for Field Properties. #323

Issue #322

This issue adds terms to field properties by adding a new argument to the property base class constructor. The coder simply provides the term for the field in the form IdSpace:Accession (e.g. "rdfs:label").

The online documentation needs updating to include this update.

Looks like i forgot to update the funcitional tests. Doing that now....
