provide ajax enabled blastn options for gap calculation #32

Hi all,

I've smartened up the blastn mismatch/gap options for blastn.

What do you think? I can do the same for tblastn with 👍

It doesnt apply to blastx or blastp.

this is to resolve issue #31

@bradfordcondon and I are having a sort of race to see who gets to the other programs first. ;-)
