This PR is an extension of #52. The content is the same (written/updated by @pdtouch) with the following updates made by myself:
Improved the "Example Genomic Site" page for better flow of the content
Moved importing types into it's own file and changed the wording a bet
Updated the page titles to flow better and indicate what they were accomplishing
fixed some missing links/images and removed two empty pages.
I've read through all the content and confirmed it is correct :-)
Since this is essentially me reviewing @pdtouch's original PR but adding my suggestions directly, I don't think this needs another review and will just be merging it.
