Chado buddy documentation #90

This adds documentation for all of the Chado Buddies from Tripal PR https://github.com/tripal/tripal/pull/1844 and https://github.com/tripal/tripal/pull/1938

I included one small unrelated fix so that the docs would build cleanly, this is in commit https://github.com/tripal/tripal_doc/pull/90/commits/b24bd0e395a9810c244be47e2b018b84ef5c3b33
