[ ] @kemblesong when clicking on 编辑中文, please bring up a new page in a new tab where the english of each section is displayed at the left (not editable), and chinese translation is displayed in the middle with a pencil icon (use the new way you have used for itinerary tool), click on pencil to edit, the right hand side would be the latest chinese translation from api (not editable)
[ ] @kemblesong please add a new column at the very end called "Last updated", if the english version is updated after Chinese translation is updated, please show the status of "out of sync" in red
