small fixes for new itinerary tool

• [x] please reduce all font to 10pt
• [x] the text here is wrong (should be the other way around), move up 往上移一天，move down往下移一天，the highlighted one should be the one you just moved
• [x] save group size
• [x] display the current starting date
• [x] 客人姓名 should be the old itinerary title
• [x] replace 接送机 with 交通
• [x] do not display drop down menu when nothing is typed
• [x] use Chinese city name instead of english one
• [x] leave enough space for transport and accommodation by default, it can expand if it needs to later
• [x] if there are only 1 row in a 2 row, please top align instead of center align
• [x] please display the pencil as grey by default, don't worry about rollover state
• [x] can we reduce the row height by reducing the input box height for number?
• [x] please add 15% behind profit
• [x] and then add the up and down arrow for the % change as mockup
