Implement chat box

• Implement chat in the
  • [x] users on a table should be able to chat with each other
  • [x] chat should not be visible on other tables
  • Things to decide:
  • can decide on whether a new user is capable of viewing chat history
  • this opens up the possibility of clearing history at some point ( or limiting the history )
