Basic UI for 2 players

• Create basic UI for the game with just two players
  • assume that there are only two players
  • we do not care about the cosmetics right now, use any tag as a place holder for the game variables
  • the state changes must be done on the server in elixir
  • state changes are transferred to the react client using channel
