Update README.md with iOS infos and wording

added infos about the need for Hotspot Configuration capabilities under Basics > iOS notes, changed some wording and linked the two iOS specific paragraphs

Updated README considering the iOS specific functions and the needed XCode App Capabilities.

Also changed the wording minimally to make the language more accessible.

Also linked from the first iOS specific paragraph to the second (i overlooked the second the first time I read through the README)
