don't display QR when mobile browser detected #1

QR code shows up regardless of whether or not the page is being viewed by mobile browser. Need to add support to detect browser, and if determined it's a mobile browser only display QR header which when clicked will display QR code.

Should probably only have QR code rolled up in accordion style with ability to click and scroll down ... in case user is trying to use phone to give QR code to someone else using a phone.
