Initial 1.0.0 Release #1

Remaining items to complete for master branch release:

[x] Disable buttons on press while making RPC call
[x] Fix issue with Desktop client showing "Cannot load webpage"
[x] Remove duplicate SSIDs from dropdown

Issue with desktop client was because default hostname was set as setup.device.local but .local is for local network clients (yeah i know it's local, but OSX seems to still have issues), so switched to using setup.device.portal
