Added support for PEAP (WPA Enterprise) #11

@marciopamplona thanks for submitting this PR! Can anybody else confirm this working? I don't have any enterprise networks to test with (i can try setting one up later on)

Hello @tripflex , i can submit the css,js,html combo later, to complement this PR, give me a day. I have tested in my home with a hacked TPLINK WR1043N (gargoyle updated) router.
