I definitely still have things to work on but thought I'd share progress made. Began implementing animations, calloutview images work -- working with the delegate method. Working with corelocation for user location updating. Wrote a method for distance to listing from spot -- exposed that all of the points are being seen by the GetListingsNear as being at the same location!
