Add link to map lists #246

This PR allows user to download maps directly from the website if they have the latest prerelease of TripleA installed (1.9.0.0.6322+) How it looks now (example): screenshot-2017-8-26 270bc triplea map

@DanVanAtta @ron-murhammer @ssoloff It would be nice if at least 2 of you could tell me your opinion about the new design (even if the text is temporary until we have a new stable release)

I implemented a basic search feature for maps... I'm planning to completely overhaul the map pages to finally close #33 If there are no reviews in the next 12 hours, I'm probably going to self merge, so I can easily continue working on this without having to deal with merge conflicts
