This PR completely changes how map lists used to work.
The search feature was improved,
the map listing was enhanced and looks good on mobile and on the PC.
The "featued" maps page was removed, because it was basically just filtering everything out but the "BEST quality" maps, they already have a dedicated field in the category view.
I'm not going into any details how it looked before, you can open the current pages yourself, I'm just going to show you how it looks after my changes:

I want to highly encourage you to you checkout my branch to get a feel for the new features...
If you believe this design is good enough, I'd consider closing #33, as some of the proposed tasks are no longer up-to-date
