Verbiage, and specifically screenshots included in this document should be reviewed for congruence with 2.0.

The manual was out of date when 1.9 was released. We can also update it roughly anytime, there should not be a 2.0 dependency. Also 2.0 will continue to have more releases to it perhaps weekly/monthly (it's not going to be the latest for 18 months like 1.9.0.0.13066 was). Considering the document is already live as well, this is a current problem.

Honestly, my opinion is that either content is current and accurate, or it goes away... or at least prominent disclaimers about details being out of date are included. It looks bad. All content should have an assigned "owner", if no one is willing to take responsibility for updating it, it should be taken down as soon as it goes out of date.

I do not necessarily disagree. There have been a lot of problems with documentation over the lifetime of this project. Notably we have never really had a centralized location for it, duplicative documentation written by individuals and then often not maintained. We still have a lot of content to bring in from the forums to the website. More attention would be welcome and could be payed to any documentation on the website (and more consolidation), any help we can get is very welcome.
