Feature request: Save games should save pending purchase selections #11819

This is not a regression - I tested on 2.5 and it behaves the same as 2.6.

When you save a game in the middle of a purchase phase (before clicking done), your purchase selections do not get saved. Ideally, they should - similar to pending moves during a move phase.
