Screen Tearing / Repetitive Layers #9460

I have screen tearing and/or multiple layers when playing the NWO variant map for TripleA. I also encountered this on the standard base game as well.

  1. I have a new pc with the latest video drivers.
  2. On previous computers I have never seen this behavior.
  3. I have reinstalled TripleA cleanly.
  4. Fixing this issue requires a save of my current game, and a full restart of the game.
  5. I have attached what I am seeing here in picture.
  6. Version I am running of New World Order is 1.8.7, Version of Java: 11.0.6 Engine Version: 2.5.22294
