I changed the turn order to have Russia go first.

I think this should be a new XML rather than a change to an existing one.

I think so, too...

... changing the turn order (Russia goes first) is a very individual house rule.

So do we really want that this new house rule-file replaces the one using the official rules?

How many individual house rules do we want to spread to the public? How many xml-files do we want to take care about?

I would rather keep this sort of change in individual forks or individual repos ... Those who want to play this can download the zip from there, then.

@therocmonster447 Changing the playerList only affects the screen, where you assign the players to the nations. In order to really change the turn order, you need to change the sequence , too.
