I don't understand the issue about not being able to bomb/rocket attack a territory while blitzing through it. If a territory has an IC/facility and is owned by the opposite side, you can't blitz through it.

Are you referring to issue 4c) in the list? I don't remember it to be a blitzing issue. In the past when you simply combat moved a unit in a hostile territory you could not send a bomber to SBR afterwards. You always had to send the bomber first followed by the land unit's move-in afterwards....

I will not be back to my Java-PC before Saturday, so I can't test if this issue is still relevant.

I was more thinking of the comment in the game notes: "* (NA) You should be able to SBR / Rocket attack an empty territory that you are blitzing. "

Either way, it doesn't seem to be a problem any more - or if it is, it isn't consistent. I have noticed strangely being asked for SBR or not being asked at unexpected times.

I see - though it is a similar issue. - when you entered the first enemy territory with a land unit you were not able to send a bomber to SBR afterwards... May it had already been fixed in the past.
