Italian objectives and some formatting #42

Specified Italian objectives as surface ships instead of just ships.
Also added a little bit of formatting to make it a little easier to read.

I still need to test some of the XMLs to make sure they have the same objectives, so just a draft for now.

All the maps have the same objective

@CharlieAtlas Just noticed this. Still doesn't specify surface warships. transports don't count here.
