Well, great stuff couldnwe at least work on the python3 stuff together?

Sorry about that. I pushed to your repository by mistake. I meant to merge with the master on my own fork.

Happy to collaborate. I am a relative python newbie, so have to apologise for my crude code. I am aware that I also taking my fork along a different path to what was originally intended.
