Describe the bug
When run on an iOS device the Starting Position select displays Red 1, but the default value is not actually set to Red 1. Either find a way to make iOS not automatically choose an option, or add an additional blank "choose one" option
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Open main scouting form on an iOS device
Expected behavior
The starting position select should be blank
Screenshots (highly appreciated)

Your Specs (please complete the following information):
Device: iPhone SE
OS and Version: iOS 11.3.1
Browser Safari (should cause the same issues system wide as all iOS web browsers render with webkit)
