Merging automated DB setup into master

TBA integration has some basic concepts ready but no actual implementation as of yet
Prepping for potential React rewrite of frontend
- Hoping for better performance from React, If we can't get it we'll stick with Angular
- Would also allow for creation of electron apps

Functional TBA integration will come after this frontend rework
