TinyMCE and Syntax Highlighter Inside Text Area Modal Popup #434

Hello, can I ask for help?

How to enabling TinyMCE and Syntax Highlighter inside text area modal, when I click "Edit file's content"?

Currently just like plain text editor by default

But in preview mode syntax hightlighter is enabled by default.
