TUI CDN is no longer availabe ReponsiveFileManager not loading. #652

Hi, I've found that uicdn.toast.com is no longer available, so Responsive File Manager hangs and fails to start due to some css and scripts not loading, even when tui_active is set to false in the config file.

Is there any other CDN providing this components that we can use? Thanks in advance.

Nevermind, I saw a that PR 576 fixed the loading of the scripts if tui_active is set in the config. But the CDN no longer working is still an issue.
