Couple entrance bugs #89

When "all" entrance shuffle is enabled:

  1. The green square for the shovel check does not light up when the shovel is picked up.
  2. The item on top of spectacle rock does not auto clear itself when it is picked up.

Not really game breaking stuff, just a couple minor annoyances.

The shovel issue affects both "all" and "insanity" modes. It looks like the shovel check is just completely missing from these modes, as "display all locations" doesn't even show it.
