No obvious way to Log Out #383

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Go to Log in Screen
2.No obvious way to log out
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Throughout the app, no obvious way to log out.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
The only way to log out is to navigate to the device's settings and delete the 
POSIT account.
