Looks like the formatDate function should use the 'yyyy' for the year instead of 'YYYY'. The report changed the year to the following year for the last few days of the year because of the 'year of week'. Reference article - https://code.vmware.com/forums/3055/vrealize-orchestrator#527754

Great catch, Aaron! We didn't notice the issue over the holidays, but I was able to dig up the email and see the issue. I've updated the package. Thanks for taking the time to report the issue!
