etcpack.exe - System Error #13

Getting this error when trying to add the songs to my Quest. Full message says

The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140D.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.

Follows up with same error except ucrtbased.dll,

Clicked through the errors, still did the install, everything seems to be working anyways. I'd look into why those errors are popping up, but it doesn't seem to be stopping it

Wrong patcher project anyways, you're looking for emulamer's patcher. My patcher doesn't use etcpack
