Waiting on PR for CI build so that I can get a release out as soon as the Readme update that says to use the release builds without a signer is merged.

cc @shaneharris @the-expanse since Discord isn't up where I live right now because of Google Cloud outage. The transfer.sh service the mac and linux builds use to upload their artifacts also isn't working right now, which may also be related to the Google outage. So I can't really publish a cross-platform release right now.
